Material Introduction: PA66 DUPONT 42A (USA DuPont) is a high‑viscosity, unreinforced general‑purpose injection‑molding PA66 resin. Its core advantages include suitability for thick‑wall parts, good mechanical strength, wear resistance, self‑lubricating property and ultrasonic‑weldable performance. Its inherent water‑absorption property will affect dimensional stability and partial performances (large performance difference between dry and conditioned state); strict drying is mandatory before processing.
Main Applications
